s 19 Power to perform order at expense of person disobeying order

19.—(1) If any person (A) who is ordered under any provision of this Act to perform any act fails to perform the act within a reasonable time, the person who gave the order (B) may, after giving notice to A of B’s intention to do so, cause the act to be performed. (2) The expenses incurred in such performance are payable by A.[14
