s 52 Enforcement of orders of Commissioner
52. A person guilty of disobedience —(a)
to an order of the Commissioner under section 22 or 23 requiring a transfer of property or payment to be called for or made; or
(b)
to an order of the Commissioner requiring a default under this Act to be made good,
may on the application of the Commissioner to the General Division of the High Court be dealt with as for disobedience to an order of the General Division of the High Court.
