s 53 Appeals from Commissioner
53.—(1) Provisions may be made by Rules of Court for regulating appeals to the General Division of the High Court under this Act against orders or decisions of the Commissioner.[40/2019]
(2) On such an appeal —(a)
the Attorney-General is entitled to appear and be heard; and
(b)
such other persons as the Rules allow or as the General Division of the High Court may direct may appear and be heard.[46
