s 250 Using record of sounds in films

250.—(1) This section applies where —(a) the sounds embodied in the soundtrack of a film are also embodied in a record; and (b) the record is not the soundtrack or derived, directly or indirectly, from the soundtrack. (2) Any use of the record is a permitted use of the film.
