s 266 Incidental inclusion in film, television broadcast or cable programme

266.—(1) If the condition in subsection (2) is met, it is a permitted use of an artistic work to —(a) include the work in a film, television broadcast or cable programme; or (b) publish a film that includes the work, but only if the film is made on or after 10 April 1987. (2) The inclusion must be only incidental to the main content of the film, broadcast or programme.
