s 89 What is an institution aiding persons with intellectual disabilities
89. An “institution aiding persons with intellectual disabilities” is any educational institution or non‑profit organisation —(a)
whose main functions include aiding persons with intellectual disabilities; and
(b)
that is prescribed as an institution aiding persons with intellectual disabilities.
