s 33 Restriction on transfer of licence

33.—(1) A licence, and any right, benefit or privilege of the licensee under the licence, are not capable of being transferred or assigned. (2) A transfer or an assignment, or a purported transfer or assignment, of a licence, or of any right, benefit or privilege of the licensee under the licence, is void and of no effect.
