s 21 Act not exclusive

21. To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect any of the following matters:(a) the enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a choice of court agreement to which this Act does not apply; (b) the recognition and enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a judgment to which this Act does not apply; (c) the enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a judicial settlement to which this Act does not apply.
