s 111 Compensation for personal injury
111. The Government shall be liable to pay compensation in respect of the loss of life of, or injury to, a person that occurs while that person is — ( a ) engaged in civil defence measures under the authority of the Commissioner; or ( b ) participating in training for civil defence measures under the control of the Commissioner or a person acting under the authority of the Commissioner, at the rates prescribed by the regulations and paid out of the Pension Fund established by the Pension Fund Act 1995.
