s 13Y Protection from personal liability
13Y. No liability shall lie against the Director-General, a Director, a Deputy Director, a Senior Assistant Director, a community relations officer, an auxiliary community relations officer or any other person authorised under this Act for anything which is done or intended to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in —(a)
the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act; or
(b)
the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act.[Act 43 of 2024 wef 24/03/2025]
