s 21 Costs in transferred cases
21. Where the whole or any part of the proceedings are transferred pursuant to an order of court under section 20(1) —(a) the costs of the proceedings which are transferred (both before and after the transfer) are, subject to any order made by the court which ordered the transfer, to be in the discretion of the court to which those proceedings are transferred; and(b) the court to which those proceedings are transferred may make orders with respect to the costs and as to the scales on which the costs of the several parts of those proceedings are to be paid.[Act 43 of 2024 wef 24/03/2025] (a) the costs of the proceedings which are transferred (both before and after the transfer) are, subject to any order made by the court which ordered the transfer, to be in the discretion of the court to which those proceedings are transferred; and(b) the court to which those proceedings are transferred may make orders with respect to the costs and as to the scales on which the costs of the several parts of those proceedings are to be paid.[Act 43 of 2024 wef 24/03/2025]
