s 22 Jurisdiction of Courts

22. Despite the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine all offences under this Act or the regulations and has power to impose the full penalty or punishment in respect of an offence under this Act or the regulations.
