s 26 Composition of offences

26.—(1) The Commissioner may compound any offence under this Act or the regulations that is prescribed as a compoundable offence by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $500. (2) All sums received under subsection (1) must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
