s 7 Commissioner may designate part of building as improvised shelter
7.—(1) If, during the period in which this Part is in operation, the Commissioner is satisfied that any part of any building is suitable for use as a shelter, the Commissioner may designate that part of the building as an improvised shelter and must inform the owner or occupier of the building or part of the building of the designation. (2) Any part of any building which has been designated by the Commissioner as an improvised shelter pursuant to subsection (1) ceases to be an improvised shelter when this Part ceases to be in operation, unless the designation is sooner revoked by the Commissioner.
