s 29 Rules to apply to State Courts

29. The rules of law enacted in this Act and declared shall with the necessary modifications be, and shall, so far as they were already in force in Singapore, be deemed to have been, in force in the State Courts so far as the matters to which such rules relate are respectively cognizable by such courts.[5/2014]
