Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1886 s 67

s 67 Powers simply collateral

67.—(1) A person to whom any power, whether coupled with an interest or not, is given may by deed release or contract not to exercise the power. (2) This section shall apply to powers created by instruments coming into operation before, on or after 1 August 1886.
