Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955 s 21

s 21 Jurisdiction of District Courts

21. Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the General Division of the High Court, a District Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose therefor a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.[40/2019]
