Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955 s 23

s 23 Trials may be in private

23. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law, a court may order that the whole or any part of any trial before it for any offence under this Act shall be dealt with in private if it is satisfied that it is expedient in the interests of justice or of public safety or security to do so.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
