s 35 Double penalties for crimes of violence
35. Any person subject to supervision who is convicted of an offence, committed after the date of the order directing him to be subject to supervision, under the provisions of any law specified in the Third Schedule shall, notwithstanding any other written law to the contrary, be liable to imprisonment for a term twice as long as the maximum term for which he would otherwise have been liable on conviction for that offence, and also to caning.[12/2018]
