s 246 Interpretation of this Division
246. In this Division —“designated medical practitioner”, in relation to any psychiatric institution, has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008; “principal officer”, in relation to any psychiatric institution, has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008; “psychiatric institution” has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008.
