s 369 Restoration of possession of immovable property

369.—(1) Where a person is convicted of an offence involving criminal force and it appears to the court that by that force another person has been dispossessed of any immovable property, the court may order the possession of it to be restored to that other person.(2) Such an order does not affect any right or interest to or in that immovable property which a person may be able to establish in a civil suit. —(1) Where a person is convicted of an offence involving criminal force and it appears to the court that by that force another person has been dispossessed of any immovable property, the court may order the possession of it to be restored to that other person.
