s 373 Interpretation of this Part
373. In this Part —“appellate court” —(a) means any court when exercising its appellate criminal jurisdiction; and (b) includes, for the purposes only of Division 1B, the Court of Appeal when exercising its jurisdiction under Division 1A or section 397; “trial court” means any court when exercising its original criminal jurisdiction.[19/2018]
