s 405 Motion

405.—(1) A motion to the General Division of the High Court or the Court of Appeal in respect of any criminal matter must be made in accordance with this Division.[19/2018; 40/2019] (2) In this Division, the relevant court is the court to which the motion is made.[19/2018]
