s 63 Composition of offences
63.—(1) The Board or any person authorised by the Board in writing may compound any offence under this Act that is prescribed as a compoundable offence by collecting from a person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $1,000.[24/2013]
(2) The Board may make rules to prescribe the offences which may be compounded.
(3) All sums collected under this section must be paid to the Board.
