s 3 Constitution of Board
3.—(1) The Board shall consist of such number of members who are elected at an annual general meeting by persons whose names appear on the Membership Register maintained by the Board under section 5.[6/87] (2) Every elected member of the Board shall hold office for a term of 2 years, but may continue in office until the election of his successor in office.[6/87] (3) No person shall be elected or appointed as a member of the Board unless he is a citizen of Singapore and his name is on the Membership Register maintained by the Board under section 5.[6/87] (4) Members of the Board shall be eligible for re‑election or re‑appointment.[6/87]
