s 108 Evidence

108. A copy of the regulations of a juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention appointed or established under the provisions of this Act or of an approved hospital, purporting to be signed by the Director‑General is evidence of such regulations in all legal proceedings.[82 [3/2011; 30/2019]
