Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act 1968 s 9

s 9 Savings of acts done prior to this Act

9. Any oath, affirmation, affidavit and notarial act administered, sworn or done by any diplomatic officer or consular officer exercising his functions in any country or place outside Singapore prior to 6 January 1969 shall be deemed to have been administered, sworn or done under the provisions of this Act.
