s 24 Certificate of registration of oral health therapist

24. Where a person has been registered as an oral health therapist, the Council must issue to the person a certificate of registration, and the Council may require that there be affixed to the certificate a photograph of that person or such other evidence of identity as the Council may direct from time to time.[21D
