s 30 Liability of employer, etc., for practice of dentistry in contravention of section 29
30.—(1) Where an offence is committed under section 29 by any person acting as an employee, an agent or a partner of another person, that other person shall also be guilty of an offence.
(2) It is a defence to a charge brought under subsection (1) if the defendant proves that the firstmentioned offence was committed without the defendant’s knowledge and that the defendant took reasonable precautions and exercised due diligence to prevent the commission of that offence.[23
