82.—(1) Any order or decision made by the Dental Board pursuant to the provisions of the repealed Act or the regulations made under the repealed Act is treated as an order or decision under this Act and has the same force and effect as if it had been made or given by the Disciplinary Committee pursuant to the powers vested in the Disciplinary Committee under this Act. (2) Nothing in this section is to be taken as affecting section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1965. (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), “Dental Board” means the Dental Board established under section 3 of the repealed Act.[66
