83. In any written law and in any document —(a)
any reference to the repealed Act is to be construed as a reference to this Act;
(b)
any reference to the Dental Board is to be construed as a reference to the Council;
(c)
any reference to the president of the Dental Board is to be construed as a reference to the president of the Council; and
(d)
any reference to a registered dentist is to be construed as a reference to a registered dentist under this Act.[68
