s 18 Registration of Seabed Disputes Chamber decisions
18.—(1) The Court may, on the application of an interested person, order a decision of the Seabed Disputes Chamber to be registered in the Court.
(2) To avoid doubt —(a)
a decision of the Seabed Disputes Chamber involving a State may be registered under subsection (1); but
(b)
nothing in this section or section 19 affects any privilege or immunity that a State may claim against the enforcement of a registered decision of the Seabed Disputes Chamber.
