s 17 Licensee’s liability for wrongful act
17.—(1) Where a licensee is responsible or liable for any wrongful act under Annex III, Article 22 of the Convention, the Court may —(a)
order the licensee to pay to a person any compensation for the wrongful act that may be ordered to be paid to that person pursuant to that Article; and
(b)
grant to a person any other remedy for the licensee’s wrongful act that may be granted to that person pursuant to that Article.
(2) In this section, “licensee” includes a Singapore company which has ceased to hold a licence.
