Deep Seabed Mining Act 2015 s 9

s 9 Coming into force and duration of licence

9.—(1) A licence has effect from the date it is granted or such other date as the Minister may specify. (2) A licence has effect for such period as the Minister may specify. (3) The Minister may extend the duration of a licence on the application of the licensee.
