Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950 s 3

s 3 Power to add to or amend Schedule

3.—(1) The appropriate Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, at any time add to or amend the Schedule. (2) In this section, “appropriate Minister”, in relation to any title or name of office, means the Minister charged with the responsibility for the department to which the title or name of office relates.
