s 12 Imprisonment not to operate as satisfaction

12. No imprisonment under this Act shall operate to satisfy or extinguish any debt, or deprive any person of any right to issue an enforcement order against the property of the debtor.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
