s 44 Director-General may issue permit to teach
44.—(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Director‑General may in his discretion and for special reasons issue a permit to any person to teach as an unregistered teacher.[8/97]
(2) The permit issued under subsection (1) may be cancelled at any time by notice in writing under the hand of the Director‑General served on the holder thereof.[8/97]
