s 51 Appointment of persons deemed to be inspectors
51.—(1) The Minister may appoint by name or office —(a)
any officer of the Ministry of Education to be an inspector of schools;
(b)
any medical officer to be a medical officer of schools; and
(c)
any public health inspector to be a health inspector of schools,
each of whom for the purpose of this Act shall be deemed to be an inspector of schools.

(2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.[7/97]
