Education Act 1957 s 57
s 57 Appellant and Director-General or their representatives may be present at appeal
57. At the hearing of the appeal whether by the Minister or by the Appeals Board the appellant or his duly authorised representative as also the Director‑General or an officer duly appointed by him for that purpose shall be entitled to be present and to be heard.[8/97]
