s 7 Fitness for service
7.—(1) The fitness for service of a person subject to this Act shall be determined, from time to time, by the proper authority in accordance with the fitness examination and the needs of the armed forces, the Singapore Police Force or the Singapore Civil Defence Force, as the case may be.[Act 10 of 2024 wef 01/05/2024]
(2) No person who is not medically fit shall be found fit for service.
