s 27 Periodic reporting of energy use and production by registered corporations
27.—(1) A registered corporation must submit to the Director‑General a report for each prescribed period specifying —(a) the energy consumption; and (b) the energy production, in that period from the operation of each prescribed business activity or premises, or any part of each prescribed business activity or premises, under the operational control of the registered corporation.
