s 26 Finality of decision of General Division of High Court

26. Any judgment, order or direction of the General Division of the High Court on any of the following matters is final:(a) an appeal against an order made by a tribunal; (b) an application for a stay of execution or enforcement of an order made by a tribunal.[40/2019] [Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
