Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act 1996 s 4

s 4 Appointment of developers

4.—(1) The Minister may appoint one or more developers —(a) to develop such land as the Minister may specify; and (b) to sell any housing accommodation under the executive condominium scheme.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025] (2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
