Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999 s 33A

s 33A Purpose of this Part

33A.—(1) The purpose of this Part is to establish a regulatory framework to prevent, reduce or control pollution of the environment from any completed buildings and industrial plants. (2) This Part does not limit the operation of any other written law relating to the regulation of controlled works.[Act 23 of 2023 wef 18/12/2023]
