s 40K Regulated GHG works

40K. The Minister may, after consultation with the Agency, by order in the Gazette, prescribe any class, description or type of GHG works to be regulated GHG works for the purposes of this Part from and including the date specified in the order.[Act 24 of 2021 wef 01/10/2022]
