Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999 s 76

s 76 Amendment of Schedules

76.—(1) The Minister may at any time, by order in the Gazette, amend any Schedule except the Third Schedule. (2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make any incidental, consequential or supplementary provision that may be necessary or expedient.
