s 9 Change of owner or occupier
9.—(1) Where there has been any change in the ownership or occupancy of any scheduled premises, the person who becomes the owner or occupier thereof must notify the Director‑General in writing of such change within 14 days from the date the person becomes the owner or occupier of those premises.[12/2011]
(2) Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.[12/2011]
