s 140 Amendment of Schedules

140.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules.[55/2018] (2) The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make such provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent to the enactment of that order as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.[55/2018]
