8.—(1) Two or more persons carrying on business in partnership shall not be required to obtain more than one licence under this Act in respect of that partnership. (2) In the case of a licence issued under this Act in respect of a partnership, the names of all the partners, and, from time to time, the names of new partners, shall be disclosed to and approved by the Director-General. (3) If the names under subsection (2) are approved by the Director‑General, they shall be entered in the licence. (4) A licence issued to 2 or more persons shall not expire upon the death or retirement from business of any one or more of the partners.
