s 7 Validity of licences

7.—(1) Any licence issued under this Act shall be valid only for the period, place or purpose specified in the licence. (2) Every licence issued under this Act shall expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued, unless the contrary is stated in the licence. (3) Licences issued under this Act shall not be transferable.
